It's no secret that our government does some stupid things, but, this is an award winner!
Step up the heat on your Representative and your Senators. This is the sort of activity, and policy, that must be curbed immediately!
The Feds have got to understand they are playing with fire. Their continued deafness to the pleas of US citizens asking for help, in controlling the blatently illegal activity of undocumented Mexicans, and others, crossing our border illegally is only going to lead to violence.

Dems. have the stones, they just don't have the votes or the support. THEIR plan called for immediate closier to the border, and more border patrols..... actually that was the Kennedy-McCain bill. Kerry's plan would also make them criminals and fine them up to $3,000 each and put them at the end of the list for citizenship or they could leave the U.S. if they chose not to become citizens. I sure wish people would have been smarter in 2000 or 2004, we wouldn't be in this mess. But we had to "elect" an idiot for President and put morons in Congress. Now we'll pay for it. I think people had it too good under Clinton and got cocky, now we know what failed leadership is, too bad the right won't wake up and admit how wrong they are for this country.
