  3. I was going to answer Mitt Romney to a couple of them, but you got me! Have you seen the tribute I have to Al Gore on the Pink Flamingo? I have some P. T. Barnum quotes that fit Global Warming.

I'm running this either tomorrow or Sunday on The Pink Flamingo in my Primaries 2008 section.

    Yikes!

Sure Fred.... since quote #1 I already pay for benefits for those less fortunate than me, it' high time those that are really well off "trickle down" some of that prosperity to me.
Quote 2 yeah why should an elite few have government representing to them? That is not the priniciples this country was founded on.
Quote 3 see quote 2 on why an industry with lobbyists have such influence over our elected representatives? that influence needs to be removed.
Quote 4 we are all in this together and will sink or swim as a nation, and taxes (that which is to be given up) is the cost of admission to a civilized society.
Quote 5 In the area of health insurance and health providers it sure has failed, big time.
Quote 6 If you are an industry who decides what medical care someone gets based on what size of bonus you give to your share holders, darn right someone better be keeping an eye on them.

  5. Fer crissakes people. Check out snopes.com for the inaccuracies in this little "quiz."

    http://www.snopes.com/politics/clintons/marxist.asp

Everything in it was taken out of context. What you will learn by reading snopes is that Hillary has compassion and intelligence - something sorely missed in the last 8 years at the executive level.

I don't love Hillary, but things like this just show how dumbass a lot of Republicans can be. Do your homework and stop swallowing everything you hear just out of hatred. You guys who post this stuff (and reply to it) are embarassing.
