US Tax Dollars Builds Border Fence…. Between Egypt and Gaza!

The US Government is able, and willing, to send US taxpayer’s hard earned tax money, along with help for the US Army Corp of Engineers, to Egypt to build a fence along the border between Egypt and the Gaza Strip…. but cannot bring themselves to allow a fence, demanded by law, to be built along our southwest border between the US and Mexico.

Why in hell are we not in the streets protesting this???? Have we become so timid, so used to being abused by our own government that we are willing to allow this rape of the US taxpayer to continue?

I sometimes think Americans have a nation wide case of the “Stockholm Syndrome”!

Here’s what Joseph Farah of “Between the Lines” has to say about it:



“Haven't officials in Washington been telling the American people for the last two years that building border fences is a waste of time and money? Don't they claim that fences really don't keep undesirables out? Don't they tell us fences are inhumane and oppressive? Didn't they say you can't build a fence high enough to keep out bad guys?
So why is it that a border fence separating Arabs in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula from Arabs in Gaza is a good thing?



Didn't Washington also tell Israelis they shouldn't build a fence to protect their civilian population from Arab terrorists on the West Bank? Why, I must ask, was it morally wrong for the Israelis to build a fence to protect their citizens from Arab terrorists, but it's the right thing for Egypt to do? In fact, it's so right for Egypt, American taxpayers have been volunteered to pick up the tab!”

Americans have a very real problem with a rogue government on our hands. They are NOT representing the people of the US, as they are sworn to do, and they are NOT exercising their number one obligation to the citizens of this country and that is… to secure the borders of the country.



The same sort of thing was happening to a people a little over three hundred years ago and they had to take matters into their own hands. In referencing their rights, which their government was trampling on, they enumerated them and went on to say the following:

“…..That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the

consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

Those of you not recent graduates of the Government Indoctrination Centers, we laughingly refer to as Public Schools in America, will recognize the language above as being from the American Declaration of Independence! See… this has happened before … to AMERICANS! And our forefathers had the intestinal fortitude to do something about it! They corrected the situation.

It must be done again. This time we have the ballot box, rather than the cartridge box, with which to change the government and rid ourselves of the despots running our country today.

I wonder if we ought to begin mailing copies of the Declaration of Independence to our Senators and Congressmen and Congresswomen with that portion above highlighted? Think they’d get the message? Actually, I doubt they would!

The US is in serious trouble and we are nearing a split… again. At some point southerners are going to take matters into their own hands and begin patrolling the southwest border and they will not be worried about the finer points of law when shooting a trespasser breaking into their country.

Our own government has lied through its teeth to us about the border fence. They never intended to build it... from day one!!

Citizens have a right to protect their property in America. (At least for the time being… and in the less liberal states.) We are going to be forced to enforce the law of the land since our own national government refuses to do it.

It just really makes me furious that the money we paid into the treasury of the US is being used to secure the border of a country which, for all intents and purposes, is a “sometimes” friend to America while our own borders are laid bear before the largest land invasion of any country in history.

And remember this: Not one of the candidates for President is in favor of securing our borders! Not one!

Do you begin to see why I will never cast a vote for McCain? (Not to mention Obama or Clinton!)

We have to take our country back… if we can. Ben Franklin said we have a republic… if we can keep it. It is looking more and more as if we cannot keep it.
