TOLD YOU SO!!!FISA Court Judges cleared President Bush yesterday. The judges told the Senate Judiciary Committee that President Bush was within the law to iniate the wiretaps he has been repeatedly berated for.

Former judges being key, I could find former judges to say he's off his rocker too! Initiating them is fine you then have 72 hrs. to get the warrant and show P.C. (probable cause). It is also interest Fisa has never turned down a request for a warrant from any President. I am not necessarily condeming them I am only condeming going around the law. Don't despise me for this I want it to be done when necessary, but I want it done within the framework of the law. I think there has been mis understanding on this issue on both sides... The Conservatives hear, "We want this practice stopped" the Liberals hear, "It's for national security, more power too him" I say more power to him just do it within the law! that is not that hard to understand!
